How do you ensure plants stay healthy during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced packaging and moisture-retaining materials to secure the root ball and protect the foliage, ensuring your plants arrive vibrant and ready to plant.
When is the best time to plant my new trees?
While most of our container-grown plants can be planted year-round, we generally recommend spring and fall to avoid extreme temperature stress and allow for optimal root establishment.
Do you offer a survival guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 5-day arrival guarantee and a 45-day warranty on all plants. If your plant does not thrive within this period, we provide store credit for a replacement.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our nursery, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
What should I do if my plant arrives with yellowing leaves?
Minor yellowing or leaf drop can occur due to the stress of travel. Simply water your plant immediately and place it in a shaded area; it should recover within a few days once acclimated.
Do you ship to every state in the US?
We ship to most states in the contiguous US; however, due to USDA agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship certain species to states like California, Arizona, or Hawaii.
