Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer support within 5 days of delivery if you notice any issues with your plants or products to initiate a return authorization.
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage your items in their original nursery containers and shipping boxes to ensure they remain protected during transit.
- 3.Attach Your Label
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping information is covered or removed.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our horticulturalists inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for future planting.
